General
• Characters at level 400 will no longer be able to kill monsters in the Arena. This is to free up slots for players who go AFK after reaching the level cap.
• Player capacity has been expanded on subservers 1, 2, and 3.
• The bug that allowed the Mass Teleport skill to be used on oneself has been fixed.
• A cooldown has been added to the Mass Teleport skill.
