TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Argentina MU 99B is a free massively multiplayer online role-playing video game (MMORPG), whose sole objective is to offer entertainment to hundreds of players around the world, without excluding anyone because of their gender, race, nationality, etc.

These Terms and Conditions of use constitute a mutual commitment between any person (hereinafter, "User(s)" and/or "Player(s)") who wishes to access and/or make use of the platforms corresponding to Argentina MU 99B ("Argentina MU", "Argentina MU 99B", "we", "our", "server", "servers" and similar terms as applicable). Anyone who does not accept these Terms and Conditions, which are mandatory and binding, you must refrain from using the site and/or any of the platforms related to Argentina MU 99B.

All players have the same rights and obligations, and the same rules apply to all. In the case of breaking the rules, the player will be severely sanctioned.

Below are detailed rules/conditions that each player must read, understand, accept and respect throughout their stay to remain in our community.

Ignorance of the rules does not exempt anyone from guilt

1. CONDUCT #Your behavior in and/or out of the game

1.1 Do not make offensive words towards the server and/or administration, as well as disseminate false and/or malicious rumors regarding the server and/or its administration.
1.2 Never disregard the orders of the members of the Staff. They are the authority within the community, respect them.
1.3 You should never pretend to be another player, and even more serious, pretend to be a member of the Staff (not even jokingly).
NOTE: If you don't know who the official members of the Staff you can see the team list at the following link: Staff
1.4 Do not ask for items, edition of any kind or favors from Staff (by any means or reason) that imply any type of advantage over the rest of the players.
1.5 Do not interrupt the performance of Game Masters/Event Masters during in-game events.
1.6 Do not make any type of publicity or comments of an advertising nature on other servers of the same game. This is considered SPAM and may be a reason for sanction.
1.7 Never mention being a friend/acquaintance/relative of any member of the Staff, not even as a joke.
1.8 Argentina MU 99B is a community of FREE access and permanence. We will never charge you to play. Therefore, there is no right or reason to claim for the performance/operation of the servers or to undermine the performance of the administrative team. Value the work and effort of others, always.
1.9 Do not disclose or apologize and/or incite the use of cheats (cheats/hacks, exploiting bugs, etc.) to get any kind of profit in the game (not even as a joke).

Penalty: warning points as appropriate. And if necessary, blocking the account (and related, according to point 5.8). In the event of compliance with point 5.9.2, the block will be total and permanent.

2. ILLEGAL ACTIONS #What you must not do

2.1 Take advantage of bugs, errors, etc. of the game for their own benefit. If you found a fault, your commitment as a player of Argentina MU 99B is to report it immediately. Profiting from any failure to profit from it, both within the server or in any other space in the community, will be severely sanctioned.
2.2 The use of any application that alters the correct function of any space in the community, be it: forum, web, server, client, etc. is totally prohibited. Also the use of cheats/hacks and/or alternative programs that go against the performance of the client/server will be seriously sanctioned.
NOTE: "Illegal external application" is understood to be any program/web/application or software variant thereof that is not previously published or permitted by the Staff.
2.3 Any unofficial alteration or modification of the client (game) is prohibited. This act can lead to the malfunction of the game and can even lead to sanctions.
2.4 Create characters with names (nicknames) highly offensive and/or similar to that of a member of the Staff is prohibited. If so, the player will receive a warning and will have seven (7) days to make the name change on their own. After that period, if the character has not changed his name, he will be eliminated without any right to claim.
2.5 It is totally forbidden to mask the IP address for the client/server connection by any manipulation or use of VPN tunnels, GPN, proxies and/or any other application in order to hide the true identity of the player.

The server has a system that detects the origin (country) of the IP addresses from which the accounts are connected. In case an account connects from an IP outside of Argentina, the administration will be able to execute a temporary block and then send a warning to the player. He will have seven (7) days to present the evidence required by the administration in order to authenticate him. In case of not being able to verify that he is really playing from outside Argentina the account it will be permanently blocked without any right to claim.
Each account is linked to a country (selected by the player when registering). If the detection system verifies that the connection IP does not correspond to the country assigned to the account, the player may receive a warning with temporary blocking until the administration can perform the necessary verifications, as indicated above.
NOTE: WTFast, PingZapper, TunnelBear are some of these programs not allowed.
2.6 Any macro sequence seen in any of the game's chat channels as indicated in point 5.9.3 will be subject to sanction. They should not be published, even as a joke.

Penalty: warning points as appropriate. And if necessary, blocking the account (and related, according to point 5.8). In the event of compliance with point 5.9.2, the block will be total and permanent.

3. ACCOUNTS, ITEMS AND CHARACTERS #Taking care of your account

3.1 The only person responsible for the security of the accounts is the player who initially registered them. You should never reveal your login details to anyone. Argentina MU 99B cannot and will not be held responsible in any way for the theft of accounts or items through: password verification, exploits, use of shared computers, Trojans or any other known method that is outside the game, and that exploits the vulnerability of the player, his computer or system to get and take over your data and/or passwords.
3.2 Argentina MU 99B is not committed under any circumstances to replace any item that was stolen from the player's account, or to recover any account, character, stats, guild, levels, etc., in situations in which the player has been harmed by the wrongdoing of people foreign to Staff.
3.3 Argentina MU 99B will never make email changes to accounts. Since their creation, they are totally linked to the email with which it was registered. There will be no way or consideration to make an email change. The care of the email address is the sole responsibility of the player.
3.4 It is not allowed, under any circumstances, to TRADE (buy/sell/exchange) Accounts/Items/Coins for money or any other method of exchange outside of the game. Not allowed messages of type: "Selling SM account = $2000", "Selling account = Mercado Pago", "Buy Gold Fenrir = Cash, transfer", "Selling full set for $$$", "Buying jewelry with money", etc. Trading (or trading intention) will cause permanent blocking of all linked accounts.
3.5 All registered accounts (and their content) are owned by Argentina MU 99B. Therefore, they can be freely modified, blocked and/or eliminated by the administration if, according to the rules, it is considered necessary.
3.6 All accounts with more than two (2) years of inactivity in the GAME (without connecting to the game) or without characters created during that time will be eliminated with all that that implies (characters, items, items in trunk, Coins, memberships, etc), without prior notice and without any right to claim. Keeping the account active is the sole responsibility of the player.
3.7 Argentina MU 99B it is not responsible for the results of the "trades" (trades) within the game. Each player must know how to negotiate and be attentive to any attempt at fraud or malicious intent by the rest of the players when exchanging items.
NOTE: Negotiations carried out through the Personal Store are also included in this point.
3.8 Items that may be lost due to disconnections from the game will not be replaced, under any reason.
3.9 MU Mail: all letters will be automatically deleted in maintenance every three (3) months.
3.9.1 Personal Store: the system will charge a commission to the SELLER according to the settings established by the server at the time of the transaction.
3.9.2 When registering an account, the person agrees to select the "country" according to his country of real residence (from where he will connect to play). The player will not be able to modify this information once the account has been created.
In case of having selected a country by mistake, the player must immediately notify the administration to evaluate the correction. This consideration will be taken into account only once.
3.9.3 Account lending: account sharing is not prohibited, however it is something that Argentina MU 99B recommends DO NOT EVER. The player who initially registered the account will always be solely responsible for the conduct of the characters within it. Argentina MU 99B tor will it be held responsible for the bad consequences that having shared the account may generate.

4. DONATIONS #¡Your contribution so that Argentina MU 99B continue for many more years!

4.1 Play in Argentina MU 99B it is totally FREE. We will never charge you for downloading the game, or for registering an account, or for playing. The acquisition of Coins through donations is at the absolute choice of each of the players. By making a donation you are NOT BUYING from Argentina MU 99B, NEITHER Argentina MU 99B is SELLING you. YOU ARE NOT PAYING for a service either. THESE CONTRIBUTING IN A VOLUNTARY AND FREE WAY to the maintenance of a community (Argentina MU 99B) for the next few years.
4.2 The amounts paid are as a donation for the maintenance of the servers, hosting costs, forum, web modules, development tools, security systems, purchase and monthly license costs. Under no circumstances will they be nor can they be reimbursed.
4.3 Items obtained through donations that have been sold in the server's stores, lost at the time of resetting, in disconnections or stolen from the account by third parties will not be replaced (under any circumstances). These items, along with the account as a whole, is the sole responsibility of each player.
4.4 The loan or gift of items purchased in the Coins Shop is the sole responsibility of each player. Argentina MU 99B it is not responsible for what happens later with the trading of donation items.
4.5 Each player is responsible for the use of their Coins. Argentina MU 99B will not be held responsible for a bad choice/edition of items when making a purchase in the Coins Shop, obtaining memberships, changing the character name, purchasing in Personal Stores, etc.
4.6 Coins are not transferable nor can they be divided between two or more accounts. They also cannot be transferred from one server to another.
4.7 Coins delivery delay can be up to 24 hours (business hours), always depending on the payment method used. Never make a claim before 24 hours (business). Be patient and respect the established times.
NOTE: Only in case of exceeding 24 business hours can you initiate a claim as indicated in the following article: Coins (delivery times)
4.8 The refund of days of memberships will be made only by states "offline" (offline) of the server/game for a period of time greater than twelve (12) consecutive hours. In case of exceeding this period of time, a refund of one (1) VIP/Helper day will be carried out (only for memberships that are active until that moment) for every 24 hours of offline status.
4.9 PROMOTIONS are always a surprise, and are announced on the web. They have a release date and an expiration date. Only those donations that have been credited (shown as "collected") within the duration of the promotion will enjoy the promotional bonus, without exceptions.
4.9.1 Making a donation does not allow you to violate our rules or request special treatment with respect to other players.
4.9.2 In a case of force majeure, only Coins (obtained through donations) with one (1) year or less old will be refunded. The refund will be made to accounts of the same name and the same E-Mail as those that appear in the registry of donations made, without exceptions. If necessary, the player must have (yes or yes, without exceptions) the donation vouchers and follow the instructions of the administration to receive the refund of the corresponding Coins.
4.9.3 The player must know the usefulness of the game coins (Coins). In no case will the Staff will make conversions or refunds for a bad choice when making a donation for any of them.
4.9.4 Argentina MU 99B makes available to the user the possibility of making donations using third-party payment platforms (companies such as Binance Pay, PayU, PayPal, MercadoPago, etc). Argentina MU 99B NEVER will receive money directly. Donation money will NOT be received Argentina MU 99B, but the aforementioned platforms. The control of collections and payments does NOT handle them Argentina MU 99B, but the aforementioned platforms. 4.9.5 Donations are generated through payment platforms, which are managed by payment gateways. For this reason, Argentina MU 99B cannot be held responsible for the misuse of these data entered in external systems.
4.9.6 Argentina MU Games assumes costs in United States Dollars (USD). For this reason, every 2 months (approximately), adjustments will be made for inflation in the costs of the Coins packages, memberships and other content of the donation system whose values are expressed in Argentine Pesos (ARS).
4.9.7 By making your donations you are accepting all these points in the Terms and Conditions.

5. COMPLAINTS AND SANCTIONS #The hammer of the law

5.1 Any infringement that failed to register the Staff or the anti-cheat systems of Argentina MU 99B, it can be reported by another player as long as evidence is available (screenshots, videos, among other options). They must be published in the Forum, by completing the form, in the "Complaints" section of the ticket center.
NOTE: the complainant must be registered in the forum for a minimum of 30 days and a minimum of 10 published messages.
5.2 Those reports that may be considered INVALID:
They don't make sense or don't present strong evidence.
NOTE 1: I will understand by "nonsense complaint" to all that with lack of evidence and that it is done only based on speculation, rumors, etc.
They do not respect the proper format (form to make complaints from the forum).
Make reference to more than one character.
The name of the complaining character does not appear in the evidence (be it images and/or videos).
Contain edited/corrupted or very low quality evidence.
Complaints that contain only one (1) image as evidence. The sequence of images must be at least two (2) different photos, about the same event.
Contain as evidence videos in which many characters are involved.
Exceed seven (7) days after the event occurred.
NOTE 2: The date in the images is seen when they capture the screenshot. In the case of videos, they must use the command "/time" during the recording to be recorded on the day it was filmed.
NOTE 3: These points are applicable to the players except in special cases determined by the Staff. The Staff always sanction with reasons and explanations will be given to superiors and the person affected.
NOTE 4: If the evidence is more than clear, the Staff reserves the right to omit any of (or all) these points.
NOTE 5: All reports that are invalidated will be blocked and later eliminated.
NOTE 6: The evidence submitted must remain visible, accessible and public for a period of seven (7) days from the resolution of the complaint. If the evidence is eliminated/hidden by the author of the complaint before This period may imply sanctions (on the author of the complaint).
NOTE 7: The videos/images of approved complaints must remain visible for a period of 7 days from the execution of the sanction. In case the video/image is eliminated before this period, the sanction will run in the same way also for the complainant.
5.3 Posting a false report may be grounds for expulsion from the entire community of Argentina MU 99B (including game accounts on all servers, forum and social networks).
NOTE: I will understand by "false report" to one that contains evidence adulterated/edited in a malicious way in order to harm the other.
5.4 In case you want to report a Game Master/Event Master for any infraction committed by him, you should contact an Administrator ALWAYS by email (to [email protected]), with the respective evidence and details of what happened.
5.5 In each DISCHARGE BY SANCTION made in our forum, they will only have the right to participate in the discussion: Sanctioned and Staff. Any player outside the case who intervenes (unless the Staff required) will be sanctioned.
5.6 Argentina MU 99B has a rigorous Warning System, with which the administrative team manages to dictate sanctions. It is important to read it and review it periodically to be aware of the latest modifications.
Every account with warning points will suffer, among others, the following restrictions:
You will not be able to rename your characters.
You will suffer penalties when it comes to receiving rewards for meeting reset targets.
They will not be able to participate (obtain prizes) in any type of raffle that takes place in Argentina MU 99B.
Any character whose account has 1 (or more) warning points cannot create guilds.
Any account with 1 (or more) warning points will not be able to make donations using the option "Donate with credit/debit card".
5.7 Banning is always per ACCOUNT, not per character. This means that if you commit an infraction (no matter how minor) with your character, the sanction will affect your entire account.
5.8 When an account is blocked due to a penalty, all accounts related to the same IP address and/or email address (E-Mail) will also be blocked. The penalty period for related accounts will be the same as that for the main account.
5.9 The term to discharge a sanction executed by the administration is a maximum of 7 days from the time the account was blocked. After that period, the sanctioned person will not have the opportunity to present any type of discharge.
5.9.1 When an account reaches (or exceeds) the sum of two (2) warning points it will automatically go to a permanent lock. This means that the sanction will never expire, the block will be forever and the account will subsequently be automatically deleted without any right to claim. This will also include the total expulsion of the player by blocking the IP address and MAC/HWID.
5.9.2 Accounts with permanent blocking or with a sanction greater than six (6) months will be eliminated with all that that implies (characters, items, items in trunk, Coins, memberships, etc.), without prior notice and without the right to any claim.
5.9.3 Macro sequences (Autopot/Autocombo): any sequence that is exposed in any of the game's chat channels (normal chat, post, party, guild, etc.), with eighteen (18) or more characters and that represents any of the typical patterns of use of programs such as "Autopot/Autocombo", will be reason enough for a sanction. Ex.: "qweqweqweqweqwe", "qwqwqwqwqwqw", "qeqeqeqeqeqe", "wewewewewewe", "qqqqqqqqqqqq", "wwwwwwwwwwww", "eeeeeeeeeeeee", "123123123123123", "121212121212", "131313131313", "123qwe123qwe123qwe", "123qqq123qqq123qqq" y cualquiera de las infinitas combinaciones que existan.
NOTE 1: In the case of a sequence like "qqqqqqqqqqqq", "eeeeeeeeeeeee" or "weeeeeeeeeeee" the Staff will determine if the sanction corresponds or not according to the context of the conversation at the time of the fact.
NOTE 2: The server has a sequence log system. In case of native detection, the sanction will be permanent blocking. And in case of "human error", the sanction will be temporary (1 point of warning with 30 days of blocking).
NOTE 3: If the evidence is more than clear, the Staff reserves the right to omit the minimum number of characters. Ex.: "qqQSQQI", "qweoqwek", etc.
5.9.4 Argentina MU 99B has a native anti-cheat protection system, which works automatically and in real time.
Any attempt to manipulate and/or cancel this system will be cause for permanent blocking.
Any detection that the player considers an error must be reported immediately through our official Forum. The administration will initiate an investigation, and in the event of a false positive (erroneous detection), the account will not suffer the corresponding sanction.
5.9.5 Sanctions for specific infractions will be executed taking as reference the following list:
Infractions for Autopot/Autocombo (according to point 5.9.3) will receive one (1) Warning point and temporary blocking on all accounts (main and related). On the second offense, for whatever reason, the block will be permanent on all accounts (main and related).
Infractions for Speedhack they will be for direct permanent blocking on all accounts (main and related).
Infractions for SPAM (indirect) will receive one (1) Warning point and temporary blocking on all accounts (main and related). On the second offense, for whatever reason, the block will be permanent on all accounts (main and related).
Infractions for SPAM (direct/malicious) they will be for direct permanent blocking on all accounts (main and related).
Infractions for Comercio Ilegal they will be for direct permanent blocking on all accounts (main and related).
Infractions for VPN/GPN/Proxy they will be for temporary blocking in all accounts (main and related). In case the player cannot verify that he was not really using VPN/GPN/Proxy (according to point 2.5), the block will become permanent direct on all accounts (main and related).
Detections with irrefutable evidence (according to point 7.5): they will be for direct permanent blocking on all accounts (main and related).
NOTE: I will understand the "main" account as the one directly involved in the infraction, and as "related" to all those reached by point 5.8.
5.9.6 Any sanction executed (and after the discharge period according to point 5.9) will be archived and the case cannot be reopened or reconsidered EVER (for any reason).
5.9.7 The administration reserves the right to appoint "UNGRATEFUL PLAYER" to anyone it deems necessary according to its criteria. Being declared an "ungrateful player" will mean the total, permanent, constant and future expulsion of the player in the event that he returns to the game (even if he does so long after being sanctioned and/or sent off).

Penalty: warning points as appropriate. And if necessary, blocking the account (and related, according to point 5.8). In the event of compliance with point 5.9.2, the block will be total and permanent.

6. GUILDS #¡One for all, all for one!

6.1 Any guild whose leader maintains a period of inactivity of more than 3 months or has suffered a blockage of more than 3 months, will be eliminated without prior notice or the right to any claim from its leader and/or members.
6.2 The guild name and/or emblem must not be offensive or discriminatory. Nor does it resemble that of the official guild of the members of the Staff. In such case the administration reserves the right to eliminate the guild without the possibility of any claim from its leader and/or members.
6.3 It is totally forbidden to "trout" score (points) through guild wars with previously agreed results.
6.4 Any character with 1 (or more) warning points will not be able to create guilds.

Penalty: guild removal. Points of warnings to the leader as appropriate and blocking of the account (and related, according to point 5.8). In the event of compliance with point 5.9.2, the block will be total and permanent.

7. CLIENT (GAME) #The software we provide you to connect to our servers

7.1 The client (game) must be downloaded only from our official website (section "Downloads").
7.2 Updates must be downloaded and run only through our official Launcher ("Launcher.exe", within the client).
7.3 The player agrees to be aware of all updates (published in our official Forum) as well as keeping the client constantly updated. The administration, for its part, is committed to communicating them in a timely manner, always.
7.4 Each player, by installing and running the game, gives consent for all the applications, functions, processes and threads necessary for the correct operation and performance of the game to be executed.

8. CLARIFICATIONS #To consider

8.1 All players have the same rights and obligations, and the same rules apply to all. In case of infringing any of these rules, they will be sanctioned without any right to claim.
8.2 To provide any type of data to the members of the Staff, you can do it by email. Remember that the only email we use is: [email protected]. Don't be fooled!.
8.3 All these rules are valid for all the media offered by the community of Argentina MU 99B (servers, websites, forums, Facebook, etc.). If they commit an infraction in any of these spaces they will also be sanctioned in the others without the right to claim any.
8.4 The administration reserves the right to use any measure or change it deems necessary to stop any type of infringement, threat, fraud, attempted scam, security breach, error (bug), etc. As well, it also reserves the right to use any measure or modification it deems necessary to improve the game or any system related to the community itself.
8.5 All important information about the servers of Argentina MU 99B (and the community in general) is published in your official Forum, websites or Facebook page. It is the responsibility and commitment of each player to approach the different media to stay constantly informed.
8.6 Argentina MU 99B will never limit its software development plans due to possible limitations in the player's hardware. It is the player (and their hardware) who must adapt and scale to the technical requirements of the software (client) to stay in the game if they wish.
8.7 Argentina MU 99B reserves the right to use any measure to avoid putting the community's economy and future at risk.
8.8 Support is solely through our official Forum (through the Tickets Center).
NOTE: to participate in our forum you must register an account and complete your profile correctly. We do not support anonymous users.
8.9 Argentina MU 99B will not be held responsible for the consequences of established relationships (whatever the type) between the players, whether within or outside the community.
