• Friend requests can only be sent from safe zones
• Friend requests cannot be sent to characters with "/request off" enabled
• The overall Jewel of Chaos drop rate has been improved compared to the previous update
• A 10% Jewel of Chaos drop rate has been added within Blood Castle 8
• Jewel of Bless and Antidote drops have been added within Blood Castle 8
• Jewel of Chaos, Jewel of Soul, and Jewel of Life drops have been added to the Forest Arena
• The Jewel of Bless and Jewel of Life drop rates have been reduced in Lorencia
• The Jewel of Soul drop rate has been reduced in Dungeon and Noria
• The Jewel of Bless drop rate has been improved in the Arena
• The Jewel of Soul and Jewel of Life drops have been added to the Arena
